First, mix the dressing in a small jar:
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb mustard
1 tb agave or honey
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 t salt
Chop and add to a salad bowl:
5-6 large stalks of celery
2 large apples
1/2 c walnuts (optional: soak raw walnuts for 4-6 hours to increase digestibility, then rinse)
1/2 c raisins
Combine salad with dressing and enjoy! I'm going to make some right now ;)
